We have a Delonghi Coffee Center which broke within the one year warranty.We were advised to send it to a local repair shop in Florida which after two months had still not ordered the parts.

The parts were finally shipped after two calls to Delonghi and a month after that we received the coffee machine back completely broken.

Called Delonghi customer service again and was told that we had to work this out with the repair center.

There has been NO effort on the part of their customer service to assist or replace the machine.Will never ever ourchase a Delonghi item again of any kind!

I have had a similar experience with DeLonghi.Feels to me like their policy is to drag out complants as "long" as possible and hope consumers give up.

Should change the name to de-long-wait.
