Last year I requested a replacement for a coffee maker that I had purchase at Macys.The return was denied because the receipt had the date not very clear for them to see because the fax could not pickup the definition clear.

I mail the original receipt to them and I never got the receipt nor an answer to my warranty claim. I Purchase a different brand of espresso maker.

I just found this claim among some past invoices and it really fired me up that this was never resolved.I hope this comment will discourage buyers to deal with a company that does not backup their product.
