DeLonghi Customer Service (AWEFUL)
I spent 75 minutes on hold 2 weeks ago trying to find out when I can expect the espresso machine part ordered 5 weeks ago. My wife tried calling several times last week also. We have never had anyone answer the phone??????
Been on hold today for 35 minutes now....
I have also sent 3 emails to customer service. NO RESPONSE EITHER!!!!!!
After reading numerous reviews about their customer service....I guess I should just take this brand new espresso machine and throw it in the garbage.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MANUFACTURER AGAIN!!!!
I WILL ALSO WARN ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!
